ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to join its Applied AI FDE team. The role involves building and deploying AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers, partnering with product and customer teams to design and deliver solutions, and operating in the field. The FDSE will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of AI-native applications, from architecture to deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles
- Experience with backend (Python, Node.js, Java), frontend (React, Angular), APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns
- Experience with UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
- Analytical and design skills
