ServiceNow is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) focused on applying AI to enterprise solutions. The role involves building, operating, and delivering AI-native applications and solutions within customer engagements. This position will act as a CTO of the build, responsible for API design, UX development, and system integration. It also focuses on scaling GenAI in enterprise across industries.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles
- Experience in AI-native software development
- Deep understanding of backend and frontend technologies
- Familiarity with LLM tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Experience with performance and observability tools
- Strong DevOps skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
