This role involves identifying high-value opportunities, architecting AI-powered solutions, and guiding how those solutions scale across the Now Platform. The ideal candidate is a dynamic problem-solver with a passion for AI and a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience in enterprise AI/ML architecture, field engineering, or solution consulting.
- Strong grasp of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (low-code tooling, etc.).
