ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to become the CTO of the Build – partnering with clients to shape the future of enterprise AI with solutions that solve critical challenges. This role involves building scalable AI solutions, collaborating with customer teams, and delivering solutions-ready implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles
- Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software
- Strong understanding of APIs, orchestration pipelines, and vector DBs
- Experience with LLM tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
