Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Experience with ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow (including setting up groups, roles, and permissions).
- Ability to learn quickly and switch between tasks.
