Mindrift is seeking a freelance ServiceNow Consultant to collaborate on AI training projects. The role involves transforming user intents, defining test cases, creating Golden Paths, and writing agent instructions to advance AI capabilities. This is a part-time, remote freelance position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Level of English proficiency (C1+)
- Experience setting up tickets, triggers, macros, and automation
- Experience configuring and managing groups/roles within ServiceNow
- Ability to learn new methods and switch tasks quickly
