FS-EGRC-Senior-ServiceNow BA

Contribute technically to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology client engagements and internal projects as a Risk Advisory Senior. Provide innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and work with clients to understand their business needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow as a technical consultant
• Experience in IRM (Entities, Risk, Control, Audit Management) implementation in ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of GRC use cases such as – Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Continuous Authorization and Monitoring, Operational Resilience, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change, Audit Management
• Understanding/certification on Risk management framework domain including Information Security, business continuity and Risk Management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to solutions
• Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
