Requirements
- Proven ability to work as a team lead within Enterprise Resilience projects.
- Right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing.
- Work back with the near shore team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks & share mitigation plan.
- Knowledge of risk and controls applicable when critical assets are on prem vs cloud.
- Understanding of data localization laws and directives, DR strategies, Crisis and Communication Management, Isolated recoveries and Data Restores, Post recovery strategies and Procedures.
- Ability to visualise and propose solutions to customers based on the requirements shared.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- People responsibilities: Conducting performance reviews, fostering teamwork, training project resources.
- Requirements: 9+ years of experience in the field of Enterprise Resilience
- Experience in conducting Enterprise Resilience assessments and safeguarding business continuity.
- Experience in working with Enterprise Resilience frameworks
- Experience in Issue tracking tools like JIRA and Resiliency tools such as ServiceNow
- Well versed with the security design concepts
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, Certified BCP, EC Council-DRP, etc.
