Full Stack ServiceNow Platform Developer

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Platform Developer to build, extend, and optimize enterprise-wide applications. This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow's platform, AI, and automation to create scalable solutions for businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, full stack engineering, integrations, and a technical leadership background.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform/application development and full stack software engineering
• Strong experience in building custom scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions
• Experience with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks
• Proven ability to integrate Agentic AI for automated workflows, data-driven decision-making, and orchestration
• Strong foundation in algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and system performance optimization
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, and microservices-based integration with external AI/ML models
• Backend development knowledge with Python, Django, or Node.js is an added advantage
• FD21
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications required; CIS-ITSM, and CTA certifications preferred
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, NLP frameworks, predictive intelligence, and RPA tools is a plus
