We are seeking a skilled Full Stack ServiceNow Software Engineer with ServiceNow development experience and a Top Secret clearance or TS/SCI. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various business functions, ensuring system efficiency, scalability, and best practices.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification required
  • Proficiency in full-stack development within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI components, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer processes
  • Experience building and optimizing full-stack applications within ServiceNow
  • Experience developing and maintaining REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps modules
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and best practices
