Fullstack Engineer - ServiceNow Integrations

Staffbase is looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join their integrations team in Prague, focusing on building modern, scalable integrations with ServiceNow. The team is part of a broader initiative to bring integrations in-house and unify how Staffbase interacts with third-party platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend best practices
• Solid experience with Java/Kotlin on the backend
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
• Strong backend mindset with curiosity and flexibility to contribute across the stack
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems is a bonus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Great enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a scale-up SaaS environment
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding and appreciation of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
• Excellent English communication skills
