We're looking for a Functional Analyst to help us build robust, high-leverage connections with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow. As a Functional Analyst, you'll collaborate with our Product Lead and Engineering team to turn ambiguity into clarity and define integration behaviors, edge cases, and data mapping.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst, technical product analyst, or systems analyst within a B2B or enterprise software environment
- Familiarity with major platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of API documentation, testing endpoints, and translating payloads into use cases
- Comfortable working alongside engineering teams in agile delivery cycles
- Clear, concise documentation and communication style—especially when describing complex systems or edge cases
- Familiarity with AI or data-driven products, including how they interact with structured systems
