We're looking for a Functional Analyst to help us build robust connections with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow. You'll collaborate with our Product Lead and Engineering team to evaluate opportunities, author specs, and facilitate alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst, technical product analyst, or systems analyst within a B2B or enterprise software environment
- Familiarity with major platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of API documentation, testing endpoints, and translating payloads into use cases
- Comfortable working alongside engineering teams in agile delivery cycles
- Clear, concise documentation and communication style—especially when describing complex systems or edge cases
- Familiarity with AI or data-driven products, including how they interact with structured systems
