Functional Consultant (Digital Talent and Communications Technology)

We're looking for experienced HR technology professionals to join our Solution Strategy and Delivery team as Functional Consultants. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and internal technology partners to architect technology solutions and drive business alignment. Our vision is to build a high performing design and delivery team to partner with our Talent & Culture function and create an exceptional employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
• Certification in HRSD Implementation
• Moderate experience with HR data and technology across various functional process areas
• Moderate experience in leading teams in SaaS/Agile product life cycle development
• Experience as an HR Functional Consultant in Data and Reporting
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Service Now, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) reporting capabilities and tools
• Experience in defining and driving Data Governance and Reporting strategies and technical enablement of the defined strategies
• Previous consulting experience working with global companies / Exposure to Internal project work
• Organized, self-motivated, highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and strongly desires to embrace change and solve problems
• Extensive Implementation / Support experience in HR Service Delivery Module within ServiceNow
