GAMA-1 Technologies is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III – ServiceNow professional to implement ServiceNow modules for Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and IT Operations Management. This role involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications. Supervision is minimal, as the role is for an ongoing project.
Requirements
- Conduct system configuration, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automated processes.
- Perform end-to-end testing of configurations and workflows.
- Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility modules.
