As a Senior Associate GBS Fuse Functional Business Analyst, you will help plan and deliver solutions in Pfizer's Global Business Service's deployment of ServiceNow, known as Fuse. You will work with Digital and GBS Business Owners to define and communicate business processes, translate business requirements into acceptance criteria, and support the design and development of Fuse GBS and PX solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or an affiliated field
- 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing custom or SaaS solutions
- Working experience with Agile development methodology
- Knowledge of corporate enterprise systems
