Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- 5 years of experience in previous related Human Resources roles
- Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR)
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD
- Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing more complex sections of projects
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong English Level
- Full understanding of organizational structures, changes and impact in HRIS system, business processes, and systems implications
- Full knowledge in technology, trends, and systems
- Full understanding of HR operations, data, information systems and process principles, practices and plans
- Full understanding of Process Management
- Proven understanding of Project Management and Lifecycles
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Ability to manage change effectively while mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
- Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
