DoiT is seeking a GCP Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist for a remote position in the UK, Eastern Europe, and the rest of Europe. Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing
  • Experience with Ticketing/Case Management Systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
