GDS Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Product & Service Manager to own the success of a product or service. This role is focused on defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on customer needs and content authority. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders, review service level performance, and contribute to team effort.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of ServiceNow product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient presentation skills including use of PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Agile Development / Extreme programming methods
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization globally
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects
- College degree in related technology field or comparable experience
