Grab is seeking a Lead IT Service Improvement Specialist to drive continuous improvements to their IT services across Grab’s operations. This role involves process ownership, data analysis, service catalog management, knowledge base governance, and platform business analysis. The position is based onsite at Grab's office in Exquadra Tower, Pasig City, Philippines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework
  • Experience developing actionable ITSM dashboards using PowerBI
  • Experience in data analysis to identify and drive service improvement initiatives
  • Proven experience in ITSM and managing ITSM platforms (FreshService, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Experience in problem solving methodologies (Agile, Kaizen, etc.)
