KOSTAL Group, a family-owned German company, is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Analyst to provide first-line support to customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience. The role involves collaboration, a knowledge base contribution, and escalation based on established procedures within a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English communication skills (B2 or above)
  • 1+ year of experience in a Customer Support, IT Helpdesk, or Service Desk role
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, VPN software, antivirus tools, and general internet applications
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, BMC Remedy, or similar
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus
  • Experience in virtual teams in multinational organizations
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive team player with a supportive attitude and eagerness to learn

Requirements Summary
