The role involves ensuring alignment with organizational goals, sustainable operations, and maintaining a high-performing work environment. It requires balancing day-to-day operations with long-term planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Supervise all daily operations in Toronto and New York.
• Ensure reliable provision of essential services: reception, visitor services, mail and communication.
• Manage installations (mechanical, electrical, CVC, plumbing) while maintaining rigorous maintenance protocols.
• Ensure the implementation of emergency shutdown procedures, access controls and critical IT maintenance procedures.
• Represent CPP Investments to external partners.
