Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT application support or service delivery roles, ideally in multinational organizations.
- Proven leadership experience.
- ITIL certification and strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with tools and systems such as Infor M3, Workday, and ServiceNow.
