We are seeking a highly experienced Global HRIT Architect with over 10 years of experience in leading HR technology, digital transformation, and delivering strategic projects. This role combines technical expertise, business vision, and hands-on leadership, being essential to define the global HR system architecture, guide technical teams, and advise senior leaders on digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Certifications in Project Management/Agile are valued
- Proven history of leading HRIT teams and global architectures
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Compensation)
- Experience with ServiceNow HR and OpenText is a plus
- Strong knowledge in process design, change management, and HRIS governance
- Strong technical ability in system integration and enterprise architecture
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work in remote, multicultural, and collaborative environments
