Grupo Jerónimo Martins is seeking a Global HR IT Architect to lead technology leadership in HR, drive digital transformation initiatives, and advise senior leaders on digital solutions. The role focuses on defining global HR IT architectures, leading technical teams, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. It requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on leadership.
Requirements
- Project Management / Agile certifications are valued
- Proven history of leading HRIT teams and global architectures
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with ServiceNow HR and OpenText is a plus
- Solid knowledge in process design, change management and HRIS governance
- Strong technical capability in system integration and enterprise architecture
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work in remote, multicultural, and collaborative environments
