Global IT Service Delivery Director

This role is for a Global IT Service Delivery Director responsible for managing IT delivery across multiple locations in a global outsourced environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled IT leader capable of motivating teams, diffusing difficult situations, and ensuring high service quality. This position requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to IT service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years experience leading and managing service delivery functions
• 5+ years experience in outsourced IT service delivery
• ITIL V3 Certification (ITIL V4 preferred)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
