Requirements

  • At least 13 years of relevant experience
  • At least 8 years of people management experience
  • Proven GPO experience in GBS/MedTech
  • Strong track record in driving Design for Reliability & Governance
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Results-oriented and agile
  • Ability to lead through complexity and scale impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments
