Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or business administration
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Understanding of HR processes and tools, and knowledge of Philippines labour law and regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and cooperate with employees and managers
- Comfortable with digital technology and solutions supporting HR and people processes
- Good influencing skills to facilitate discussions between multiple stakeholders
- Structured, accurate, service-minded and pro-active
