The Global Process Owner - Service Request Fulfillment will define, document, and optimize the end-to-end process, tools, and training programs to enhance efficiency and quality while aligning with global standards and business needs. The role focuses on developing and optimizing processes and tools, training and knowledge enablement, ensuring compliance and quality, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITSM processes
- Proven track record in leading ITSM process improvements in a global organization
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and usage
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and drive process improvements
- Understanding of risk management and implementation of controls to mitigate risks
