Lead the Service Delivery Lead role in Application Managed Service (AMS) of Core Insurance Guidewire, plan and execute projects, ensure timely and quality compliance, manage the complete lifecycle of evolutions and corrective measures.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing technological projects, preferably with Guidewire
  • Experience in Application Services and the Guidewire platform, preferably or Sisnet
  • Certifications PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar
  • Expertise in ITSM processes, especially in incident resolution and request management
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of observability and application monitoring models
  • Knowledge of collaboration and ticketing tools like Confluence, Jira, or ServiceNow
  • Desirable knowledge of Java development principles and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Advanced handling of PowerPoint, Excel, and other collaborative tools
  • High-level English
