We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our India-based Global Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, and quote management processes.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function.
  • Good understanding of the sales process, including opportunity lifecycle stages and quote-to-order workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with opportunity/quote objects and related data dependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or ticket reporting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
