ActioNet is hiring a Help Desk Technician in Falls Church, VA to provide Tier 1 support to HQ end users. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems, as well as assisting with security patching and user onboarding. ActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified company specializing in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security and IT Managed Services.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Help Desk or End User Support experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Understanding of DoD IT environments, STIGs, and RMF compliance (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
