ActioNet is hiring a Help Desk Technician in Falls Church, VA to provide Tier 1 support to HQ end users. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems, as well as assisting with security patching and user onboarding. Requirements
- 1–3 years of Help Desk or End User Support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
- Understanding of DoD IT environments, STIGs, and RMF compliance (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
