Global Software License Manager (m/f/d) responsible for creating transparency of software and related license usage, ensuring economic use of software, and handling commercial aspects of licenses.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data processing, analytical background, report generation, and experience in handling compliance positions, including cost and revenue planning, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Strong understanding of software contracts, particularly important clauses for License Management, and experience in contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SAM Pro, ServiceNow ITOM, or other SAM tools, with relevant certifications such as ServiceNow ITAM/SAM, CSAM, or Publisher Licensing certifications (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Adobe).
