We are seeking an internal candidate to fill the role of Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian within our Content Management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in library science, business, information science, computer science or sociology
- Experience with digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, OneNote, and Excel
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach
