Global User Experience Designer, Senior Analyst

Reckitt is seeking a Global User Experience Designer to support the experience design efforts across their global HR Operations Shared Services organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience through a consistent, intuitive, and impactful digital HR platform, collaborating with various teams to improve onboarding, talent operations, rewards, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX, service design, and user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in UX, service design, or employee experience roles.
• Experience in a marketing field.
• Hands-on experience with journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Marketing, Process design, HR, or a related field.
