A&M Technologies is seeking a Government Network Operations Center (GNOC) Tier II Incident Management Technician to provide network event management and incident troubleshooting. The role involves using network devices, utilizing tools like Microfocus, ServiceNow, and the OSI model, and ensuring network device baseline configurations and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Support the installation and maintenance of the client Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) devices.
  • Respond to, update, and resolve incident tickets within ServiceNow.
  • Administer networks including hardware, systems software, and applications software.
  • Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
  • Perform configuration management functions such as validating topology drawings.

Requirements Summary

10+ years of experience, including 3-6 years for degree/8-10 for HS diploma. Must have TS/SCI w/ CI Poly, compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2
