We are looking for a Golang Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB, as well as strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, analyzing and resolving production issues, and collaborating with developers, testers, and operations teams to improve system reliability and incident response.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB
- Proficient in debugging application and service-level issues in production environments
- Understanding of microservices, web services, and distributed systems
- Experience with production/ platform tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.)
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in L3 support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Exposure to monitoring and alerting systems
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment
