DoiT is seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented Google Cloud Billing Support Specialist to join their Client Services team. The role involves providing world-class SaaS application and billing support in a fast-paced environment, working directly with customers and team members. The team emphasizes personalized development, knowledge sharing, and a hands-on approach to solving complex technical problems. This position is remote and based in Eastern Europe, UK, Ireland and Spain.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical support role
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience
  • Experience creating and enhancing documentation for Product Support
  • Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Service-minded attitude, empathy, awareness of team dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements Summary
