The role involves providing world-class SaaS application and billing support in a fast-paced environment, working directly with customers and team members. This position is remote and based in Eastern Europe, UK, Ireland and Spain.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical support role
- 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing experience
- Experience creating and enhancing documentation for Product Support
- Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Service-minded attitude, empathy, awareness of team dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
