This role focuses on enterprise customers, building strong relationships with Google Cloud and ServiceNow field sellers, and navigating complex contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented leader with excellent communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large client management
- 5+ years as a Client Director with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions
- Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management
- Understanding of macro-level business and IT needs
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to articulate how AI can impact business processes
