Governance Risk and Compliance - Associate Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). The role involves owning and managing the platform, designing workflows, integrating with other tools, and aligning with organizational GRC strategies. The position requires strong client interaction skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Own and manage the GRC technology platform, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with organizational policies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows to automate risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate GRC requirements into functional solutions.
• Perform regular platform reviews, health checks, and drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience.
• Lead the integration of GRC platform with external systems.
• Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches to ensure platform stability.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
