We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). The role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. The candidate will be responsible for continuous platform improvements and proactive risk management.
Requirements
- Leading the deployment, management, and enhancement of the enterprise GRC platform.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate GRC requirements into functional solutions.
- Perform regular platform reviews and drives continuous improvement.
- Lead the integration of GRC platform with external systems.
- Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
- Generate reports and dashboards for senior management.
Requirements Summary
