We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). This role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration with other enterprise tools, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. The analyst will be responsible for automating risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes, mentoring junior analysts, and generating reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Own and manage the GRC technology platform
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Perform regular platform reviews and health checks
- Lead the integration of the GRC platform with external systems
- Manage change requests, upgrades, and patches
- Mentor junior analysts
- Generate advanced reports and dashboards
Requirements Summary
Strong GRC platform management, workflow design, and collaboration skills. Fluent English (verbal & written) is needed. Experience with big 4/large clients is preferred
