We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). The role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration with other enterprise tools, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. Strong client interaction skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Requirements
- Own and manage the GRC technology platform.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Perform regular platform reviews.
- Lead integration of GRC platform with external systems.
- Manage change requests and updates.
- Mentor junior analysts.
- Generate reports and dashboards.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
Requirements Summary
Consulting experience preferred. Strong English fluency required. Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills are needed
