Governance Risk and Compliance - Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Risk and Compliance Senior Business Analyst to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of our enterprise GRC platform (Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream). The role involves platform ownership, workflow engineering, integration with other enterprise tools, and alignment with organizational GRC strategies. The role focuses on automation of risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Own and manage the GRC technology platform, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment with organizational policies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex GRC workflows to automate risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate GRC requirements into functional solutions.
• Perform regular platform reviews, health checks, and drive continuous improvements to enhance user experience.
• Lead the integration of GRC platform with external systems (e.g., ticketing tools, SIEM, HRMS).
