As a GWO Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for executing payroll, data & reporting, and HR services, utilizing an in-depth understanding of relevant systems, processes, and policies. You will identify and resolve operational issues, support process improvement, and ensure the integrity of employee data.
Requirements
- Degree from a relevant field of study (Graduate / Post Graduate with Specialization in HR)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR/payroll preferably from HR/shared services background or from payroll firm
- Payroll processing experience for South Asia countries (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India) will be an added advantage
