Hardware Validation Analyst

Peraton is seeking a Hardware Validation Analyst to assist the Defense Health Agency in managing lifecycle aspects of Lifecycle Management. The role involves approving requirements, tracking progress, processing hardware tickets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Analyst will coordinate with various program managers to stay updated on hardware maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Assist the government in approving requirements for Lifecycle Management
• Update action statuses in Procurement Action Tracker, ServiceNow, and other databases
• Process hardware tickets, review RVDC, and follow customer follow-up
• Generate reports on ITSM ticket assignments and monitor performance
• Coordinate with program and project managers to ensure hardware is valid
• Identify end-of-life/end-of-support information for hardware components
• Research replacement device costs
• Perform market research to estimate replacement costs
• Strong communication skills
