IT Software Asset Management Lead, ServiceNow

SoFi is seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management (ITAM) Lead to drive the Software Asset Management (SAM) function. This role will define and implement the SAM policy, process, and tools, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and supporting SoFi's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and a strategic mindset, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a world-class ITAM ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on Software Asset Management.
• 3+ years of direct experience as the owner of ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Experience driving SAM Pro implementations and provide a prioritized roadmap for implementing the module capabilities.
• Deep understanding of ITAM best practices, software lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
• Analytical expertise paired with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
