NowNext is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant to join their NowNext CRM Execution Team, which is responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering CRM and Industry Workflow solutions to lighthouse customers. The role involves translation of business requirements into technical designs, implementation of workflows, and providing customer advice and expertise. ServiceNow is a global leader in AI-enhanced cloud-based CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms
  • Expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes
  • Experience with integration technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements Summary
