Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology sector or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years' experience as Service Delivery Lead or Technical Program Manager
• 5+ years of ITIL and ITSM experience
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Project Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication, conceptual, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Experience planning and executing complex and large-scale cross team initiatives, and experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously is highly valued
• Experience with the ServiceNow release module (Release Management or Digital Product Release) is highly valued
• Experience with JIRA and SharePoint are valued
• Comfortable leading discussions with Sr. leadership and experience tailoring the level of technical details to suit the audience
