GovCIO is hiring for a Help Desk Analyst to support a legacy application for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). This is a full-time, remote position requiring daily interaction with users, escalation of issues, and documentation maintenance. The role involves collaboration with various team members to ensure smooth VA operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of help desk and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)

Requirements Summary
