Requirements
- United States Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5-8 years of experience with information systems management
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library V4 (ITIL 4) certification
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certified)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
