This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a commitment to providing excellent customer support. Requirements

  • United States Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of experience with information systems management
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library V4 (ITIL 4) certification
  • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certified)
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
